Meet some of our newest, amazing community managers! With every property acquisition or hiring of a new community manager, it’s our standard practice to bring them into Home Base for a few days to go over a full suite of trainings, meet with our department heads 1:1 and discuss strategy with their portfolio managers to set them up for success. Due to a monstrous volume of takeovers in the last 30-45 days, we brought everyone in together and had a mini Redstone Summit of sorts. This lead to two jam packed days of training, including everything from processes, procedures, expectations, budgets, sales, maintenance, marketing, reporting, staffing, and more! Being strategically based in Utah Valley means we also got the opportunity for some face time and training at Entrata headquarters for our team!

Upon the close of these long few days, we’re reminded of how fortunate we are to work with some of the best in the industry.
