  • Grant CollardChief Executive Officer

    Grant is a Founder and Partner at Redstone Residential and serves as CEO. His responsibilities include business development as well as overseeing the financial operations of the company’s portfolio. Since 2009, Grant has grown Redstone from 1,000 to just under {{BED COUNT}} + beds of student housing, and has sponsored in excess of $400mm in closed student housing acquisitions. Grant is a graduate of the BYU Marriott School of Business, where he studied Finance. Grant holds a real estate broker license in the States of California, Oregon, Utah, and Washington and is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

  • Jake JarmanChief Operating Officer

    Jake is COO and Principal at Redstone Residential, Inc. – particularly overseeing his staff in creating a successful lease-up each year. While at Redstone Jake has led the takeover and property management of a $200mm fund acquiring assets all over the country. He’s a well-known customer service and sales guru – he has directly overseen the lease up of Redstone’s entire portfolio. Jake’s energy and enthusiasm have propelled Redstone into new States and created strong alliances with vendors, residents, and universities alike. Prior to Redstone, he was CEO at Rustica Hardware, taking it from a startup to the multi-million dollar business it is today. Jake graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise Science.

  • Eric BergEVP of Operations

    Eric is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Redstone Residential. He began working part-time as a maintenance technician while getting his education at Brigham Young University. Since that time he has gained experience at every level of property management. He is currently the EVP of Operations, who oversees various properties and portfolio teams in several states. Eric’s experience with the different levels of property management has given him a well-rounded background and the ability to give guidance concerning the different issues that management teams are presented with on a daily basis. Eric’s hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective that ensures the success of our properties and operations teams.

  • Michael CollardProperty Controller

    Michael serves as a Property Accountant at Redstone Residential. Over the last five years Michael has provided back-end support to go with Redstone Residential’s growth with the implementation of new accounting systems, new payroll systems and a streamlining of the company’s benefits program. Michael oversees accounting functions for 11 properties in Redstone’s portfolio, as well as oversees financial operations for the company’s commercial real estate affiliate, NAI Vista.

  • Stephany DowningProperty Controller

    Stephany Downing is a Property Controller at Redstone Residential. Her main areas of focus include supervision of production of financial statements for Redstone’s portfolio on a monthly basis. Prior to Redstone, Stephany held various accounting positions with Campus Evolution Villages and United Campus Housing. Stephany graduated with a B.S. in Accounting at Utah Valley University and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
