Established in 2009 Redstone is a fully integrated specialist in the student housing sector. Initially starting as a third-party manager for institutional owners, the investment management arm was later established in 2011.

Mackenzie is Senior Vice President of Investments at Redstone Residential, leading capital projects since 2017. He previously worked in operations at PEG Development and Bridge Property Management.

As the VP of Investments, Kevin has played a pivotal role in acquisitions, financial analysis, and portfolio strategy. He’s been with Redstone for over 6 years and holds a Business & Finance degree from Brigham Young University.

Melinda Herz is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in asset and property management, including leadership roles at Redstone Residential, Irvine Company Apartments, and Singh Management.
